At AFZ, building designs go beyond meeting construction regulations, as we are clear that they must also be efficient, multifunctional, and adaptable.
At an architectural level, the design is done with steps that take advantage from 75% to 80% of the space, with wide spans between columns that are about 10-12m apart, free heights between 3.80 and 4.20 m, with adaptability to suspended or exposed ceilings. Our internal spaces comply with these characteristics considering trends, market needs, high efficiency, low consumption, and maintenance.
On structures, international-quality earthquake-resistant techniques are used and operating loads of up to 25% more than those required for office use are taken into account.
Electromechanics considers operations of the highest operational and technological levels, taking into account extra provisions in internal and external pipelines, electromechanical ducts, electrical and IT rooms, CCTV, energy measurement systems, air conditioning, automated fire suppression, as well as alarm and automation systems, manuals and evacuation routes.
In addition, 95% (over 45,000 m2/484,376 ft2) of our building facades are made of energy glass to both take advantage of natural lighting and provide exterior views.
