- Exterior window cleaning.
- Fire alarm testing and maintenance, base building system maintenance, andpest extermination.
- Cleaning services: nightly trash removal from offices, meeting rooms, andcommon areas; daily upkeep of bathrooms, pantries, meeting rooms, andcommon areas; deep clean on a weekly basis to ensure a hygienicenvironment.
- Guest management and keycard access to ensure a secure workspace.
- Video surveillance 24/7.
- Fire and safety personnel on call to respond to emergencies, and keycardactivation and deactivation.
