On December 4, AFZ came alive with holiday magic, lights, and music, solidifying this celebration as one of the most anticipated events of the year for our employees, their families, and the broader community.

The evening kicked off with live music, Santa’s House, and multiple photo booths, where families took pictures, enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere, and captured memories from the experience.

One of the most special moments came with the lighting of the Christmas tree, which officially marked the start of the holiday season at AFZ.

Next came the much-anticipated Santa’s Friends Parade, the signature highlight of          La Luz de Navidad. This year, the parade featured two vibrant floats, characters, bands, cheer squads, and music. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the energy of the parade, which has become one of the event’s standout moments year after year.

Later, the night continued with a live concert that kept the festive spirit going through the close of the event.

This year, we were supported by BAC, Grupo Cori Motors, Universidad Hispanoamericana, Claro, Guías y Scouts de Costa Rica, and Pura Vida Corporación de Servicios. Their participation helped elevate the experience and add more programming and spaces designed for everyone who joined us.

At AFZ, we know our role goes beyond providing workplaces. We also aim to build a vibrant, welcoming community where the people who work at AFZ and their families can enjoy cultural and recreational experiences that complement daily life and strengthen a sense of belonging.
