America Free Zone (AFZ) has officially signed the San José Declaration, reaffirming its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the protection of human rights.

This initiative is a regional effort to combat discrimination against the LGBTIQ+ community by fostering safe, respectful, and equitable work environments. AFZ’s endorsement of the Declaration highlights its dedication to eliminating all forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

By joining this collective commitment, AFZ pledges to raise internal awareness, provide education and training on inclusion, support LGBTIQ+ leaders and employee groups, and embed respect and equality across all customer-facing operations.

Signatory companies of the San José Declaration agree to uphold 10 key principles, including: promoting LGBTIQ+ human rights, creating safe and welcoming workplaces, and adopting measurable indicators to drive continuous progress in inclusive employment practices.
